Notes for Evan and Butapub:

 Schedule:

• Friday the 24th: Need to do setup starting at 10am
• Saturday 7am: Come in for initial setup
• 8am doors open
• 11:30 – organizers and VIPs eat
• 12:00pm – mass food
• 1:00pm food done
• 5:00pm convert butapub back into a restaurant, serve alcohol until 6pm(ish)
• 6:00pm close up shop
• 7:00pm cleanup and leave

Setup:

• We will do all setup and tear down of chairs, tables, etc.
